Urtica urens (nettle, nettle herb; Urticaceae):
General:
Pain when touched, nervous restlessness (Apis)
Collapse-like weakness with heat or chill (Apis)
skin:
Oedematous swelling of skin and subcutaneous tissue with pain and heat (Apis)
Out-breaks on skin, burning, stinging (Apis)
Hives or other rash-like eruptions. Swelling red or pink, itching, burning or stinging (Urtica)
mucous membranes:
Oedema of the mucous membrane of the throat, the conjunctiva, the intestine and the bladder (Apis)
eyes:
Swollen eyelids (Apis)
conjunctiva (external lining of eye); swelling (Apis)
Pain and burning sensation in the eyes (Ars.jod.)
Respiratory system:

Contraindications; none known
Dosing with individual and daily specifications, type and duration of use
For intravenous, subcutaneous and intramuscular injection (also for oral administration):
Large animals, not being used for food production 3-4 ml
Zoological animals 1-3 ml
dogs 1-2 ml
cats 1-2 ml
small animals, not being used for food production
depending on their size 1-2-ml
One injection for 2-3 days, repeat depending on the condition of the animal.
Administration of the drug should not take place longer than to the complete healing of the animal. In acute or serious complaints one should seek medical advice from a Vet.
