Beaphar Lactol is made from whey protein powder which is naturally rich in essential amino acids and highly digestible. This means that kittens are able to absorb and utilise the nutrients they need more easily than other milk replacers that are made from skimmed milk powder. To improve digestibility further, during the production process Beaphar Lactol is dried at a low temperature; high temperature drying can damage the delicate and vital protein molecules, making the resultant product far less nutritionally-valuable than Beaphar Lactol.

Beaphar Lactol Kitten Milk was developed by the team responsible for the trusted and well-known Beaphar Lactol Puppy Milk, and contains additional ingredients that kittens need to meet their specific nutritional requirements. These include Taurine, which is essential for the healthy development of the heart and vision, and Biotin, which is required for a strong and healthy coat.
