Keynotes
for Aconitum: Initial acute and severe symptoms with fever (chills and dry heat), great restlessness with tossing, anxiety (of death), pulse full and hard; Hypersensitivity to touch
Echinacea for: fatigue, feverish infection with chills, general sickness and weakness.
Echinacea is often referred to as "internal antiseptic" in the literature with effect on the lymphatic system. It is used to increase the body's defenses against bacterial infections and septic processes.
Lachesis: septic conditions; strong sensitivity to touch, especially on the left side of the body.
Improvement by the entry of secretions (sputum, sweat, menstrual period). The absence of secretions makes it worse. Hypotension (low blood pressure) with faintness attacks.
In the present combination Lachesis is to be regarded as a basic means in feverish and infectious diseases, which is in its effect supported by Echinacea. Thus, serious infectious diseases with fever, are in a wide symptomatic spectrum covered ranging from acut to subacute states
Lachesis (as a great miasmatic remedy) is able to prevent a slide into chronic conditions.
With Aconitum napellus Febrisal has become a homeopathic remedy which allows the treatment of both acute and initial as well as hyperacute (immediate, fast and furious starting) feverish infections.
